* £50.00 refundable deposit required at time of booking  

* final balance for holiday required 8 weeks before holiday start date  or may result in being canceled

*Payments can be made in full or instalments

* The lead name on booking form is responsible for all other members of group

*Damages an repairs need reporting to us as soon as possible or the hirer will  be charged

*Check in time 2.30 keys alocated from guest services

*If you need to cancel your holiday please inform us as soon as possible as an adminstration charge of 40% will be charged after the final balance paid

*No group booking of under 21's same sex or mixed groups

*We the owners reserve the right to cancel your confirmed booking due to unforseen circumstances or will try to offer you an other caravan

* The owner of the caravan will not be liable for any injury or death ,loss of property,damaged suffered by the hirer or any member of the party ,your belongings are your own risk during the stay

*We the owner /representive retain the right to enter our caravan at any resonable time to carry out any repairs deemed necessary to the caravan with your consent
